Shipping policy

When you purchase from Store of Sweden, you are considered the "Importer of Record." It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products ordered are legal and permitted for import into the destination country.

We strongly recommend that you check your local customs regulations, prohibited items lists, and import restrictions before placing an order.

2. Customs Denied or Abandoned Shipments

In the event that a shipment is denied entry by customs authorities, the following terms apply:

  • Destroyed or Abandoned Goods: If customs authorities choose to destroy or abandon the package because the items are restricted, prohibited, or the recipient fails to provide necessary documentation, no refund will be issued.

  • Returned to Sender: If the package is officially returned to our warehouse in its original, sellable condition, a refund may be issued for the cost of the goods minus any return shipping fees, restocking fees, and original shipping costs.

3. Import Taxes and Duties

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. All such fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

Note: Store of Sweden has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
