Bamyl Effervescent Tablet 500 mg relieves fever and pain and also contains caffeine, which has a stimulating effect. The effervescent tablets are anti-inflammatory and start to work within 30 minutes. Bamyl with caffeine relieves many different types of pain: toothache, headache, joint pain, or menstrual pain. Usage:

- From 14 years old.
- Dissolve the effervescent tablet in ½ glass of water.
- You can take 1–2 effervescent tablets, 1–3 times per day.
- Taking more than 2 effervescent tablets at a time will not provide additional pain relief.
- Adolescents over 14 years old may use Bamyl effervescent tablets for pain.
- Adults and adolescents over 18 years old may use Bamyl effervescent tablets for fever.
- Contact a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve within 3 days for fever and within 5 days for pain.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you might be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby, consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication.

The active substances are acetylsalicylic acid 500 mg and caffeine 50 mg. Other ingredients are sodium carbonate, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, povidone, simethicone, sodium dihydrogen citrate, sodium citrate, mannitol, and docusate sodium.
