Johnny's Klassiska Senap Sötstark Sweet & Spicy Mustard 500 gram

This sweet and hot mustard has a smooth and nice surface with a color similar to amber. 

The aroma is classic fresh of mustard seeds and tart vinegar. It has a nice balance between acid and sweetness and a small tone of honey in the aftertaste. The consistency is creamy and soft and the finish leaves a nice tickling acid that breaks the sweetness.

 Johnny's mustard is suitable for sausages, burgers and fatty fish like salmon and char. It is also delicious for vegetables, salads and, primers such as asparagus.

 Great together with tropical fruits - make a salsa on sliced papaya or mango and some olive oil and spice with some fresh coriander or mint.
